The American Rodeo West Regionals Underway in Las Vegas, Final Opportunity to Qualify in the Chase for $2 Million

Breakaway and Tie-Down Roping leaderboards set, watch live on Cowboy+ Friday, May 1 as remaining field of athletes advance for Saturday’s Finals on FS2 

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – As all eyes turn to Las Vegas for The American Rodeo West Regionals, the final of three spread countrywide, 26 breakaway and tie-down ropers are now one step closer to a life-changing $2 million bonus. 

The action inside of South Point Arena & Equestrian Center on Thursday was intense knowing Las Vegas offers the last opportunity to qualify for The American Rodeo Championship at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas May 22-23.

Over the course of the three days at South Point Arena & Equestrian Center, 125 top athletes will compete-including world-renowned pros, everyday cowboys/cowgirls and even local competitors putting it all on the line in hopes to earn their championship ticket and a chance at the $2 million bonus. 

Fans can tune into Cowboy+ for all the action on Friday, May 1 throughout the day as the final rounds and Redemption rounds for barrel racing, steer wrestling and team roping unfold live followed by the Roughstock Semi-Finals at 8PM PT. Subscribe at https://get.cowboyplus.com to tune in. 

Then watch live on Saturday, May 2 at 7PM PT on FS2 as the final field of Qualifiers battle it out to see who will head to Texas.
